Overview
Restaurant SEO, explained.
Restaurant SEO helps hungry people find you when they search for food near them. Most of the work happens in two places: your Google Business Profile, which shows in maps and local results, and your own website, which needs a real menu page and clear details. Then reviews and photos keep it strong.
Aggregator sites often outrank the restaurants themselves. A good Google Business Profile, a fast menu page and steady reviews bring bookings and orders to you directly.

The guide
A plain guide to Restaurant SEO.
What is restaurant SEO?
It is the work of making your restaurant easy to find in Google search and maps, and making the page people land on useful enough that they book, call or order.
Your Google Business Profile does most of the work
For "restaurant near me" and "best biryani in [area]" searches, Google shows a map and three listings first. A complete profile with correct categories, hours, menu, plenty of recent photos, posts and good reviews is the strongest lever you have.
A real menu page, not a PDF
A text menu on your own site can be read by search engines and phones, loads fast and can rank for dish searches. A PDF or an image of a menu usually cannot.
Reviews and how to get them
Ask happy guests at the right moment, for example after a booking or payment, with a simple link or QR code. Reply to every review politely. Never buy or write fake reviews, which breaks the rules and loses trust.
Keep your details the same everywhere
Your name, address and phone should match across your website, Google, delivery apps and directories. Mismatches confuse search engines and customers.
Use delivery apps without being trapped by them
Apps bring orders, but they own the customer. Link to your own booking and ordering page, and give people a reason to come direct, such as a better offer or a loyalty reward.
Measure what fills tables
Look at calls, direction requests, booking clicks and orders, not only rankings. Our reports show these each month.
Is it right for you?
When we are a good fit, and when we are not.
Good fit if
- You run one or several restaurants, cafes or cloud kitchens
- You want more direct bookings or orders, not only app orders
- You can share fresh photos and updates
- You will reply to reviews
Not the right fit if
- You are not yet open and have no address or menu to show
- You want us to write fake reviews. We never do.
- You expect results without any photos or menu details.
What we report on
- Calls, direction requests and booking clicks
- Views of your Google Business Profile
- Rankings in the map pack for your main searches
- Reviews received and your average rating
- Visits to your menu and booking pages
Pricing
How pricing works.
Restaurant SEO is quoted as a monthly service based on the number of outlets and the work needed on your profile, website and reviews. A single restaurant needs less than a group with many locations.
What sets the price
- Number of locations
- State of your profile and website
- Photo, post and review support needed
Questions
Good to know.
What does SEO mean for a restaurant?
It means being easy to find in Google search and maps when people look for food, and giving them what they need to book or order.
Is SEO still worth it for restaurants?
Yes. Most diners search on a phone, and the businesses that appear in the map results get most of the calls and visits. Map results are the first thing they see for food searches near them.
Do I need a website if I have a Google profile?
Yes. Your own site gives you a menu page, bookings and a place that no delivery app controls.
Can you help with more than one outlet?
Yes. Each location gets its own page and profile.
Do you manage reviews?
We set up the process and draft replies. You approve before anything is posted.
